Why is it that white people have varying hair types/colors and eye colors, yet all black people seem

For instance, some white people have curly hair, some have wavy hair, some have straight hair, e.t.c. Likewise, their hair color ranges from blond to black, and their eye colors can range from black to brown to green to blue. Yet for the most part it seems like all black people seem to have curly black hair and black or brown eyes. I realize that this is probably due to a high concentration of melanin which contributes to skin color as much as it does the color of eyes and hair, but then why is it that white people can have high concentrations of melanin in certain areas, i.e. brown hair and eyes, yet still have less pigmented (light) skin? And why is the hair type is so restricted among black people and yet so varied among white people? Like some white people have curly hair and others have straight hair, but yet it seems like all black people have curly black hair.

dark skin, dark hair, and dark eyes are dominant genes and they are ideal in africa because otherwise you'd fry or go blind.

blacks have thick, curly hair to keep their brains from overheating as the sun is constantly beating down on their scalps. they do occasionally have wavy or straight hair though.

that said, africans are actually the most physically diverse people on earth.

As far as hair texture, it has to do with hair follicles. However your hair follicle is shaped, that will be the texture of your hair.

Why? Genetics.

...and orientals tend to have dark hair and a certain eye shape while australian aborigines have a particular cheek and nose structure that clearly identifies their heritage.

It's called genetics.
