How can I lighten my dyed black hair?

I tried to but balck streaks in my hair but the black took over and i want it out! Going to a professional is NOT an option and i don't want to "wait it out" and let it fade. Is there anything I can buy to lighten my hair?

How can I lighten my dyed black hair?

well there are several things you can do....first is you can add a "wash" to the black which it will still be blach but when light bounces off it people will see redish tones or there is one that gives a blue/puplish effect..... or there is a produxxt out there you can buy at any drug store that is "color remover" I have not used it before...but i think its kinda like a proxide/bleaching product to strip out dark colors.....once u have stripped out the dark color then you can color it with something more natural/ %26amp; to your liking....but i would definatly read the directions first!!!!!! doing tooo much chemical stuff at once can ruin ur hair, burn it or make it fall out!

you can buy what they call a "lift" from a store like cvs savon and possibly target it will lift the color then you can put the color hair u want over it OR you can buy color stipping products(not like bleach) you have to go look for them at a store like cvs nbear you it will explain on the bottle how it takes the color out of your hair OR you can go to a sallys beauty supply and ask them to help you
