I have a few bleached strands of hair and I was wondering if my hair would turn blue or some other color if I try to put black dye over it. What kind of dye do I use? I thought something permanent would do, but im no professional by all means. Somebody told me to use something without amonia so it wont damage my hair. Help me!

yes you can, but get a gentle hair color. be careful with black. it will be really really dark. maybe a med or dark brown.
