i am going to a salon to dye my black hair bleach blonde. i havent dyed my hair for 2 months. should i go and would it turn out right?????

You should never go more than 2 shades darker or lighter than your natural colour as it will not suit your colouring and won't look very natural. It would take a lot of work to get your black hair bleach blonde and would probably leave it in a bad condition. Also you would have to get your roots touched up every couple of weeks as your natural hair colour will look very noticeable when it starts to grow back through. Also, if you have dark hair you will have dark lashes and eyebrows which are not a good look with bleach blonde hair.

If I were you I would go for a dark chocolate brown or a rich red, these will suit you much better. If you go to a good salon the stylist should discuss your requirements and find a colour they think will work well for you.

Up to you at the end of the day, but I think you will regret it if you get your hair bleached! Good luck!

If your hair is dyed black then they will probably tell you to grow it out before they will put any peroxide on it.

Make sure you go to a salon to get it done. I think if you have a tanned colouring it can look quite stunning especially for the summer (what summer!). Make sure you put plenty of hair product in it so it doesn't look dried out.

well it be certainly be expensive if you go to a reputable salon who understands the chemistry of proper colour correction. if your hair is currently coloured then they will first have to use colour remover to remove the artificial pigment from your hair (this is different to bleach as it oxidises the hair, it doesn't strip it of natural pigment) then once the colour is removed you will THEN have to be bleached and then toned.

If you have never done it before go for it but believe me it takes a lot of looking after and the black roots appear after about a week. black to bleach blonde will be way drastic.. i switched from dark to champagne/honey blonde and it looked really good. so i'd advice you to go for honey blonde rather than bleach.. add highlights as well, and dont forget to dye your eyebrows the same colour!
