If your eyes are a really bright blue, it's pretty. And if your skin's darker, even more so because your eyes will stand out.

Edit: I don't think it's considered exotic. Not in America, at least. Maybe in Asia, the blue eyes would be considered exotic.

indeed it does. it looks very sexy, especially how you cut or style it and you make up is just right not to much eye shadow. black hair to me tend to make a women beauty stand out. black hair is very classy, and you can do whatever you want with it, and you still look sexy. it makes your whole out fit for the day stand out. but make sure that your hair don't look dry, i use IC HAIR POLISHER MIST everyday and men and women can't help but look at my hair. i can't stop answering questions about my hair on a daily basis. just maintain it. if your hair is long or not too short wrap it every night to you wouldn''t have to use too much heat on it and make it look dry. anyway i'm going beyoud the point, but yes black hair and blue eye will be great. never be afraid of change, all that matters is how you wear it.
