This is my hair currently

and i am bored with my current style,

so i bought some black hair dye and i want to go either dye the bottom half of my hair black

so it's 2 toned with brown on top and black on bottom

or just dye the tips of my bottom layer black

idk which one

so what do you think

i think you current colour is very nice and natural looking but you could go lighter for summer or dark underneath would look good too.

you should do a fade effect. your brown hair fading to black, then the black fading to the blackest black.

i think you should dye the the tips of your bottom layar black. if u get bangs, it'll look even better if u dye ur bangs too. the bad thing is that it'll probably look real weird if u add any other color streaks.

I would just do the tips, that way if you don't like it you can always have it cut out without really messing up your style. Plus black does not come out so you wouldn't be able to dye over it or anything. And if you decide you want more black, you can always do the rest later.

die the underneath black. then get layers so you can see it.

also when you wear your hair in a ponytail you can see it and it looks cool.
