If your hair is black, and you want to dye it blonde what is the foiling procedure?

i have black hair and im trying to make blonde streaks under.

but i need to know how to do the highlight foiling in order to make it work! so how do i do it?i need help!!

Get a Rat tail comb and pick up thin sections of her hair, where you want the highlight. Then slid the foil underneith the section and then just paint on the bleach, Then fold the end of the foil over your hair....

You have to be careful with the bleach, You could end up with No hair...It's better to let a Salon or a Hairstylist do it...They know what they're doing.
