I dont like having to do alot with makeup, but I want to look pulled together, with hair too.

For Blue eyes try to use brown shades. but dont go all the way up to your eye brow just go to the crease, Anything works for wavy hair all depends upon what your doing, if you going to school or something straighten it if your going out somewhere special curl it if its just lounge throw it back in a pony tail.
