Do you guys think I can wear black if i have black hair?

My older sister says it would looks bad on me because of the contrast. and that i shold wear something like white or gray.

I love black but i never feel like i can wear it bcus i have black hair.i have fair skin do you think it would be ok?

I got these black boots and i want to wear them w/ dark jeans a white tank and a black v neck cardigan?

or do you guys think black would just not look good on me bcus of my hair? =/

well, it depends how fair your skin really is.

if its REALLY fair, the contrast will make you look pale, sickly, or undernourished.

and don't do white.

it will be too much.

Well Not Exactly.You can wear black..but don't drown yourself with a bunch of black.Black can go good on anybody..well...not everyone..but most people.Well...If You have fair skin like me..i try to stick with calm,warm colors that fit my complexion.but you should stick with like some grey or white...nice colors.but black could do fo you too.

Most people should be able to wear black. I have black hair, (well at least until i dyed it red :P), and i wear black. It's fine. Go ahead and wear whatever you're comfortable with. I wear most colours. I stay clear of really bright bright yellow though :P. Doesn't seem to suit me. You just have to experiment and gind out which colours suit you. But still, black should be fine for most anyone :D

Everyone can wear black. If you want a contrast to your hair though, try gray or brown or even winter white.

I have long black hair and brown skin and if i wear too much black it doesnt relly lookgood on me. i like to wear stuff that makes me stand out like white, pink, coral, yellow, turquoise, yelow...etc any color that looks good on me and fit my skin shade. if u do wear black pull your hair back or something dont wear it down or it will contrast.. thats what i do. your skin is fair i think yall can get by with wearing black.. like a top or something because your complextion stands out.. it looks fine to me. i just feel the need to pull mine back. especially since my hair is LONG and cuurly but i think u will look fine

Jeans and a black shirt once in a while would do. Just don't wear black every day because it would make you look 'bad' like your sister says. If you really like black, try buying a watch or an accessory that you can be satisifed with.
