I live in the Lansing area but would be willing to travel as far as Chicago for a good salon specializing in black hair. I need a perm and don't want to pay tons of money but want to find a good stylist. Looking for a funky fun atmosphere where they can REALLY do hair. and won't cut it all off to start over...don't know why that happens every time I go to a new salon. Please Help.
