Should I dye my hair black (need answer soon)?

I have blonde hair and blue eyes and have lots of dates and all. I am very pretty so I'm not doing this to get more attention or dates. I just want to try it for fun and a change. I saw someone who had my coloring except for black hair or maybe it was very dark brown and it looked great! Do you think I should get my stylist to do it? I need the answer soon. I have an appointment on Friday afternoon and would have to call and arrange more time for my appointment. Would I get a permanent or semi-permanent dye if this is just for trying out?

I would try dark brown first or you could go to a wig shop and try on a black wig and see if you would like that color before you actually dye it.

I think black is to harsh, you should try brown it's darker but you'll have a soft look. Definitley go to a professional.

NO!! BLONDE HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL!! INSTEAD OF DYING IT BROWN, OR BLACK- WHY NOT JUST GET SOME LOW-LITES IN IT? THAT WAY YOU CAN KEEP YOUR BLONDE HAIR, AND STEEL HAVE SOME DEPTH TO IT. DONT DYE IT!!

BLACK? no! you should only go 2 shades dark/lighter than you normal hair color, try a light- brown

I would have said try a temporary color. My daughter has beautiful blonde hair and she wanted pink hair. We got a color that is supposed to wash out in 8-10 washes. She put it on right after Christmas and two months later it is still there. Be Careful!

the rule about dying ones hair black is,atlest one of your parents or grandparents hair should be black, however i think you having blue eyes it wouldnt realy work, you would end up looking like cristen agulara when she tried doing hers black with that orange tan.what about a light brown or even a brownesh red

Think of how often you will have to redye it. Your roots will show up within a week. Stay blonde. Once you go to black hair and dont like it, it cannot be removed. Even a color rinse might not come out.

I wouldn't dye your hair black just yet. If you want black hair for a long time until your hair grows out then go for it. If you do get it dyed black you can get your hair stripped of all the color if you don't like it anymore, but that really destroys your hair.

I would highly reccomend NOT dying your hair at all. Dying hair can cause enormous amounts of damage to your hair. You will regret it. Trust me. Also, dying your hair black is not a good idea. Black can cause the most damage to your hair. Stick with your natural haircolour. :)

no dont!!!! you will not get your original blonde back unless you pay over $200 or wait for it to ALL grow out!!!

WAAAAIIIITTT!!!!! You know the saying once you go black you can't go back? Well this is true with hair color! If you are happy with your beautiful natural blonde hair why change it? Girls kill to look like you! If you are truly curious to change your color try clip in hair or wigs before you make that permanent decision. Or another idea that would be hot...you could do an under color of a rich brown. This way you still have your natural blonde AND a little bit of contrast underneath. That's how I have my hair now.
