Pulse work on black hair?

i heard taht pulse works on blonde hair ppl i'm nto sure can any one tell me if pluse work only on black hair? if not do you know any brand that are kinda like pulse

Okay. there are only to colors that Loreal Color Pulse works on black hair which are purple and black. Not much colors to chose from. Actually only like one to chose form. So, it kinda doesn't work if you want to use the other colors
