Okay, so I have dyed black hair that has fadded and I'm going to bleach it. Should I use cholesterol cream before and after?

Wella Cholesterol is what we used in Beauty School 40 rs ago. Go into a Sally's and ask for their help.Get something a little newer.

If your hair is fading.. I'd suggest maybe a bleach wash, (shampoo and bleach, leave in for maybe 15 mins depends on your hair, watch it carefully, wash out and then shampoo and condt.. I'm not sure what your trying to go for, but your hair wont reach Blonde.. It may reach orange/blondeish. But be careful, if your not experienced with bleaching your hair, you could make a huge mess... Your roots will pull faster due to the heat of your scalp.. so i'd recommend if you had regrowth, not to apply directly to roots first. If your just trying to get a change... maybe get some highlights... instead of bleaching your whole head...

also consider if your buying store bought, you dont know exactly what your putting on your hair, if you went to a pro they'd be able to use a higher volume and could use a heat dryer, if you wanted to go blonde.. (dont use ur blow dryer, is uneven distrubute of heat in this case)...
