I wanna colour(streak) my hair blue. but the thing is i have hav jet black hair. any suggestions?

i'm indian so i hav a wheatish skin colour. would electric blue or purple streaks suit me? any brands available in India that sell permanent blue hair clolour?thanx a bunch!

OMG!! go blue i did it just a streak and my hairs a DARK brown and i used temperate and it looked AWESOME!!!!! i say blue lol

umm.. i think either color would look awesome but probably purple since you have dark skin. sorry i dont know any brands

I think either colour would look fantastic, but you have to bleach the hell out of the hair you are going to streak first to get good colour.

i think that would look awesome on you. i go with the blue though. purple is nice but blue will be more noticeable. but also at first go to the bauty supply store and see if you can buy temporary spray color in blue. try it out, they usually last one or two shampoos and see if you like the affect. once you are comfortable with the color, get it done professionally. it will come out looking more better, they will let you know which are the best products to use to maintain it.
