This can happen when you are highly stressed, some medical disorders can cause it (like hypothyroidism, even)and sometimes it's genes.

Ask your mom if the men in her family gray early, if that's the case, you can let nature take it's course or dye it.

I am a hairdresser. You are still young and are becoming a man very early. You can colour your hair if your parents will let you. The best colour for you would be a dark brown, not black. Otherwise just live with it, but dont be embarrassed about it, i get alot of young boys coming into my salon with white/silver hair, its normal for your age as you are growing up still. Dont panic, you will still find a women in the future...............
