can i straighten my hair i herd its bad when i get it dyed ..

1 i am gonna have a color treated shampoo

2 not gonna wash it in hot water but cold and not everyday

3 im gonna use bedhead gel and hairspray

that REALLY isn't good for your hair..... that's basically ruining it by dye. I wouldn't do anything like that if I were you.

use a oil such as a biosilk. stay away from anything with alcohol. and use warm water to shampoo and cool water to rinse not cold.

I did that a while ago. I have real red hair so it held the fire read colour really well. I put the black underneath but I shouldn't of, my hairdresser said I should of used a blue or purple black (It is easier to come out)...but I had to end up growing out the black and having a treatment of colour removal but it didn't quite work.

Red hair dye wears off quicker on other hair so don't wash it everyday like you said and do use a coloured treatment conditioner as conditioner seals your hair. And you need that.

You can straighten your hair with a straightener but use a cuticle sealer first!
