ok well, if you used permanent color when you colored your hair black, its not going to come out very easily.
Go to your local Aveda store and pick up Hair Detox shampoo and Shampure shampoo and conditioner. Its the safest way to get color out of the hair without having any chemical treatment done.
it might be a little costly, but it will certainly help.

You can buy a shampoo at a beauty supply store that is specifically made to fade out haircolor. I forget the name of it, but they should know. It'll help a little, so don't expect a drastic change! I would guess the more often you use it the better it works.

My professional opinion would be to let a professional take the color out. If they know what they are doing, you will end up with a beautiful and healthy head of hair. There is one thing you can try at home.......shampoo your hair with dawn dish soap. It's very harsh on your hair so you would need to do a deep conditioning treatment afterwards. It will take some time if you want to take this out yourself, but use the dish soap at least once a week, no more than twice a week!! Good luck!

you dont need bleach but you can buy color remover that doesn't really damage your hair at all
